  Acerola (Malpighia punicifolia L. (Syn.: Malpighia emarginata DC, Malpighia glabra L.) Camu Camu (Myrciaria dubia (Kunth) McVaugh (Syn.: Psidium dubium Kunt). Lam. (Syn.: Triticum vulgare Vill, Triticumaestivum L.), Pineapple (Ananas comosus), Thistle (Carthamus tinctorius), Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), Hibiscus (Hibiscus esculentus), C. laurifolia Salisb.)

  Add 1 scoop of Acerola herbal powder to a cup of boiling water and stir. Let steep for 3-5 minutes and drink.

  Optionally, you can also mix 1 scoop of Acerola herbal powder with yogurt and eat it.

  Throughout the day, you should drink at least 3 liters of water. Avoid carbonated drinks and alcohol.
